Cuban Breaks -Switch Turn

Turkish Towel – Time Step – Cross Basic – Cuban Breaks – Switch Turn – Foot Change 

Start in Open Position with Right to Right hand hold

Steps

1 – 10 LF fwd into steps 1-8 Turkish Towel releasing hold e/o step 7, LF to side on step 9 (Foot Change) to end with partner on L side w/o hold. 234&1, 2341                                                         

Lady: RF back into steps 1-10 Turkish Towel to end on partner’s L side w/o hold     234&1, 234&1

Note: Both man and partner are now on the same foot 

11-15 RF closes to LF, LF in place, side chasse RLR (steps 7-11 Time Step). 234&1

Note: On step 15 use Sway to the L and hold this over the following step 16

16-20 Heel LF closes to toe RF into steps 1-5 Cross Basic turning 1/4 to L over steps 17-20

          to end with partner in front of man in tandem position. 234&1

Note: On step 20 use Sway to the R and hold this over the following step 21                                                                                                        

21-25 Toe RF closes to Heel LF into steps 6-10 Cross Basic turning 1/4 to L over steps 22-25 t end with partner on R side.    234&1                                                                                                 

26-32 LF fwd into Cuban Breaks turning 1/4 to L to end with man in front of partner in tandem position. 2&3&4&1                                                                                                                     

33-37 RF fwd, turning 1/2 to L retaining wt on RF, count 3, (partner now in front) hold position count 4, LF back into Ball Change, count &1.    234&1                                                                     

38-43 LF fwd, count &, into Foot Change method 3, turning 1 complete to R to face partner in Open Position regaining L to R hand hold. &234&1        

Lady: LF fwd, RF fwd turning L, Backward Lock Chasse LRL completing 1/2 turn to L. 234&1

Note: Man – steps 38-43 can be replaced with the following:

          Forward Lock Chasse LRL, Forward Lock Chasse RLR. 2&3, 4&1
